Charlie helped me and was very professional. Some details on my experience with the DDJ-SZ2 so far are, it is a beast of a controller. I feel like I have two CDJ2000NXS and a 900NXS packed in one unit. Everything works as I would expect. The jogwheel latency on the SZ2 is not noticeable unless you are performing very quick cuts and scratches. (The jogwheels are capacitive and not mechanical.) If you are a mix dj, there is plenty to love. I'm sure in an year or so, another controller will try to trump this one, but honestly, I do not know where you can go from here. The SZ2 is top-of-the-line for SDJ controllers."
