DDJ-RZ's controls allow access to advanced features in the Rekordbox DJ software like the Slicer and Sampler sequencer.
Dual USB Soundcards
Having two sound cards in this controller makes a massive difference for back-to-back sets and handing off from one DJ to the next. Both DJs can be in the mix, using their own channels (and even half of the controls) at the same time on the SZ
Dynamic Onboard FX
Pioneer's infamous sound color FX units are built-in to this controller - with Pitch, Echo, Jet, and Filter. A new addition is the Oscillator, which emits four types of sound - noise, siren, cymbal, and horn. Both FX units create endless mixing possibilities.
